About once a year I’ll have a client organization that must have a signed contract or memorandum of understanding. That’s totally fine.

The informal approach matches my style but I’m flexible enough to do formal documents, if necessary. Just let me know what your organization needs.

Probably not near enough because of the lessons I learned about money growing up as a kid of humble parents raised on Iowa farms. We can talk specifics when we have an initial phone conversation and get more clarity about your needs and my potential services for such an assignment.

For a 1-day session, including pre-session participants’ interviews and dependent on group size, you’re probably looking at less than $5,000. My average assignment is typically less than $4,000. I also provide discounts for repeat clients.

After we talk, I will send a proposal that includes my understanding of your group’s context issues, the desired results, my suggested steps, and a price specific to your group.
