As a facilitative trainer and personal coach I take confidentiality seriously.
Some client groups that deal with sensitive or highly technical products/processes require that I sign a non-disclosure statement. It simply formalizes the confidentiality I would conform to even without the statement.
Since 1991, when I started my consulting/coaching career, I have not had a client register any concerns about confidentiality. If you have a special concern or circumstance, let’s talk about it during our first call to make sure we’re a good fit and on the same page.
