• This unique program combines an e-workbook I wrote that includes many Models/Ideas/Tools that can be easily applied by “emerging leaders” along with 8 coaching sessions with me approximately every 2 weeks  
• Each participant gets something uniquely worthwhile to them based on their needs and goals and my ability to customize each session
